Mr Peter Chao is the Founder-President of Eagles Communications. Audiences identify closely with his often trenchant observations on the pains and aspirations of human life and he is a highly sought after motivational speaker. Besides leading Eagles, he also sits on the Board of Trustees of Fuller Theological Seminary, USA, as well as on the Board of the Hawaiian Islands Ministries. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in leadership at the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University, USA.
Mr Sam Lam is the President and CEO of Linkage Asia, a global firm specializing in leadership and organization development. He serves as executive coach and advisor to a number of notable CEOs and senior government officials in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China. He was formerly Managing Consultant of Towers Perrin and prior to that, Director at the HayGroup in Singapore. Sam graduated with a B.A. from the University of Southern California and an M.A. from the National University of Singapore.
Dr Lim Peng Soon is a Principal Consultant with Meta and the President of Learning & Performance Systems. His areas of expertise are group dynamics and team development, leadership development, and organizational change. He has 26 years of experience in human resource development, and has worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors. His doctoral degree, in human and organizational learning, is from The George Washington University, USA.
Dr John Ng is the President of Meta, providing consultation services to top international corporations. He also serves as the Honorary Chair of the Eagles Communications Board of Governance and directs the leadership programs of the organization as Chair of the Eagles Leadership Institute. He is additionally the Honorary Chair of Eagles Mediation and Counseling Centre (EMCC) Board of Governance. Well versed in the art of motivation and management, he is a well sought after speaker. John has a Ph.D. in Interpersonal Communication from Northwestern University, USA. His latest book, Dim Sum Leadership, covers insightful tips for busy executives and has won rave review.
Mr Michael Tan is the Executive Vice-President at Eagles Communications. His portfolio includes Corporate Communications and managing Eagles VantagePoint, a bi-monthly magazine addressing issues related to Church and the Marketplace. He is a well-received speaker on various life and leadership development topics. Michael has a B.A.(Hons) in Theology from the London School of Theology, UK and a M.Th. from Trinity Theological College, Singapore.
Rev Wong Kim Kong was the Secretary-General of the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Malaysia for 12 years prior to being named its Executive Adviser. He serves as board member and advisor to 25 Christian organizations and special government committees both in Malaysia and overseas. Kim Kong plays a significant prophetic role in articulating Evangelical Christian responses to government policies impacting religious liberty, the church and society in Malaysia. In recognition for his national contribution, he was conferred "The Most Distinguished Order of National Chivalry-Third Order" by the Malaysian King.
