The 4-Ps: Person, Perspective, Partnership, and Performance

We believe that Christian leadership centers on the Person of the leader, specifically one with a God-centered spirituality. How one leads (Performance) stems from this starting point. The leader’s spirituality will directly impact his or her ability to “define reality” for those who follow as well as sustain the process of realizing the vision for God’s Kingdom (Perspective). A great leader sees the value of partnerships and will then seek to team up with others to fulfill the work of the Kingdom (Partnership). These 4-Ps of Leadership describe the philosophy of ELI, the leadership ministry of Eagles Communications.
