    This workshop will focus on biblical leadership in the marketplace; working models of leadership influence in the marketplace; practical applications of biblical leadership in the marketplace; and the potential and synergy of applying Christian leadership in the marketplace.
  3. Renewing and Revitalizing Organizations

    Organizations and churches must stay “young” in order to be transforming agents in communities and the world. This workshop explores the “aging process” in organizations and how to diagnose the organization’s stage in a lifecycle. Participants will gain tools and processes to enable them to bring renewal and vibrancy to their churches and organizations.
  4. The SUMO Guide to Inspiring Leadership and Fruitful Relationships

    How does one develop the mindset of an inspiring leader? How can you as a leader maintain your motivation and help yourself and others recover from setbacks?     The leaders’ family life in Asia is under tremendous pressure. Many families are breaking down. What are the causes and factors? How should a leader lead in his family life? In this workshop leaders will confront these challenges and learn how to create a peace making culture in the family.

  8. Corporate and Spiritual Best Practices for Your Life

    What are the basic elements of a strategic plan? Learn how to reflect on personal gifts and talents; use religious traditions to articulate life vision, mission and values; and examine spiritual and corporate techniques for making high quality “strategic choices” for important life decisions such as marriage, career changes, or retirement.
