QUALIFYING CRITERIA


  • Applicants must be recommended by a church/ organization/ member of ELDP fraternity.
  • Applicants should be between the ages of 25-40.
  • Applicants must already be demonstrating leadership potential as recognized by the recommending body/ person, as well as committed to service and leadership excellence in God’s Kingdom.
  • Applicants must be willing to commit time and resources to complete all the requirements of the entire three-year program, which comprises:
    1. Five Leadership Retreats
    2. One Eagles Leadership Conference (ELC)
    3. A Mentoring Process
    4. Leadership Projects

FEES & SPACE ALLOCATION


  • The fee for the ELDP is as follows:

    Applicant/Applicant’s Sponsoring Body* S$   6,000

    Eagles Sponsorship/

    Foundation Grant              		S$   6,000

    Registration Fee*

          		 S$      800
    Total Investment: S$ 12,800

    * The Registration Fee of S$500 is transferable but non-refundable


    * Please note that an applicant is strongly encouraged to pay at least half of the fee (S$ 3,000), while the sponsoring church/organization will pay the remaining S$ 3,000.


    * Payment in three installments of S$2,000/year could be considered on a case by case basis.


    The fee will cover all retreat hotel accommodation/meals and the fees for ELC. However, it does not include travel or visa application expenses to the retreat venues, which will be held in Asian countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

  • Allocation of places in the program is on a first-come-first-served basis. For optimal learning impact, each ELDP class will be limited to 30 participants, with specific number of spaces allocated for each country.
