ELI is committed to be at the forefront of leadership thought and is thus committed to on-going research of current leadership issues and trends in both the church and marketplace. These research findings allow leaders to make wise and informed decisions regarding the well being of their organizations.

In order for our training content to be well grounded, both theologically and academically, quality research is critical. Quality research ensures that our alumni’s leadership decisions are robust and can stand up to the challenges posed by a rapidly changing environment.

We are committed to rigorous scholarship in order to remain at the cutting edge of ministry. Another benefit of being abreast with the latest research findings is the ability to incorporate insightful and relevant findings into ELI’s training content.

ELI is collaborating with other groups such as Coram Deo Consulting (www.coramdeoconsulting.com), an initiative begun by the students of Coram Deo, the Christian Fellowship at the University of Michigan Business School to research the impact of faith on leadership practices in business.

The results of all research findings will be made readily available to ministry partners. Some of the findings will be published in articles, monographs, and journals as well as communicated through talks, seminars, ELI conferences, clinics, and various other programs.

ELI’s resources include research materials, conference messages, articles, seminar notes (in both audio visual as well as printed format), and this ELI website.

The ELI website provides ELI Alumni with ministry information that will enhance leadership networks and encourage on-going learning.

All of these resources are accessible to the general public, except for some materials, which are offered exclusively to ELI Alumni.
