Mr Peter Chao is the Founder-President of Eagles Communications. He exercises a well-received international preaching ministry. Besides leading Eagles, he also sits on the Board of Trustees of Fuller Theological Seminary, USA, as well as the Board of the Hawaiian Islands Ministries. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in leadership at the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management. Dr John Ng is the Executive Vice-President of Eagles Communications and Chairman of the Eagles Leadership Institute. He also serves as Principal Consultant with Meta HR & Communication and is a mediation consultant for EMCC and Singapore’s legal establishments. As a leader and trainer, he is well versed in the art of motivation and management. John has a Ph.D. in interpersonal communication from Northwestern University, USA. Mr Sam Lam is the President and CEO of Linkage Asia, part of a global organizational development company that specializes in leadership development. A former managing director of Towers Perrin, he has done extensive work in leadership development and executive coaching with government-linked bodies as well as multinational corporations. Sam graduated with a B.A. from the University of Southern California and an M.A. from the National University of Singapore. Mr Lim Peng Soon is the Senior Associate Consultant with Meta HR & Communication. He is also the President of Learning & Performance Systems, a training consultancy firm. His areas of expertise are in group dynamics and team development, leadership development, and organizational change. He has 24 years of experience in human resource development, and has worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors. He has a Masters of Arts in Human Resource Development from George Washington University. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at George Washington University, USA. Mr Michael Tan is the Vice-President of Corporate Communications at Eagles Communications. His portfolio includes writing and editing VantagePoint, Eagles Communications’ news magazine. He conducts evangelism seminars and training for churches and Christian groups and has also taken on the responsibility of evangelistic preaching since 1999. Michael has a B.A.(Hons) in Theology from the London School of Theology, UK and a M.Th. from Trinity Theological College, Singapore.
