Focus, determination and confidence are all traits to be admired as strengths. Yet I also believe they could be the reasons for a person’s downfall.
Having a good idea is not enough — communicating these ideas is of utmost importance. The willingness to take time and effort to outline your approach and expected outcome helps to establish a commitment to a collective goal through teamwork.
